Clinical Specialization/Interests: I like to work with outdoor athletes, particularly those who enjoy hiking, snow sports, and rock climbing. 

Why I love being a PT: I love when I can be a catalyst for helping people realize they're much stronger and resilient than they sometimes give themselves credit for

How I stay active: Snowboarding, jiu jitsu, strength training, paddleboarding, and hiking

Interests:  In my free time I love to experiment in the kitchen, go to concerts, and compulsively book trips to go snowboarding. I also recently got back into jiu jitsu. 

One word that describes me: Easy-going 

Favorite vacation spot: Although I haven't been there yet, I'm dying to go to Spain and see where my mom's family is from

I love teaching patients about their injury / diagnosis.  I truly believe that "knowledge is power."  When you know more about your body, it's response to injury, and the healing process, you are more likely

I love teaching patients about their injury / diagnosis.  I truly believe that "knowledge is power."  When you know more about your body, it's response to injury, and the healing process, you are more likely to recover faster and prevent re-injury.  
How I stay active: 
I love being outside!  My husband and I enjoy running, going for walks, biking, paddle boarding, and playing volleyball.  I also have a passion for yoga.  I love connecting my body's movement with breathwork while lengthening and strengthening my muscles.
Interests: 
I enjoy reading fiction, especially mystery novels.  Playing piano has been a passion of mine for many years and I recently inherited my family's 100-year-old piano.  Hosting friends and family for a BBQ is also one of my favorite ways to spend a sunny afternoon. But mostly, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my daughter.

Why I love being a PTA:   

I love being a PTA because it provides me the opportunity to help people move and feel better. It is pretty cool to see a person progress from week to week and start getting back into doing the things they love to do.

How I stay active:   

: I stay active through exercise which includes: weight training and going on walks and hikes

Interests:   

Paddle boarding, hiking, weight training, going to baseball games and playing Xbox

 One word that describes me:  Honest 

Favorite vacation spot:

Lake Tahoe. With that said, even though I have only been there once, I instantly fell in love with the beauty and wide variety of things to do.

I pride myself on being a good listener and communicator, which allows me to understand specific needs, share that with the rest of the team, and earn a patient's trust

How I stay active: I tend to take my days that I have off and go walking with my Mom or grab the dogs and go walking with my Daughter.
