Juan wanted to help people add years to their life and life to their years, so he decided to become a physical therapist. He earned his BA in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado, then continued onto graduate school there to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). Juan is board certified in orthopedics (OCS) and appreciates the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of patients every day.
Juan grew up in Denver and loves everything about volleyball: playing, coaching, watching and training for it. Even his vacations lead to volleyball – his favorite spot to visit is Washington Park in his hometown, the best place for grass volleyball! Juan was born in Lima, Peru and is fluent in Spanish.

At OPT she is passionate about pursuing higher education. She serves as student coordinator for internships, as well as a mentor leader for Evidence in Motion(EIM) orthopedic residency.
She enjoys working with clients of all ages, but has a heart for keeping older adults active, and reducing their fall risk.
Outside the clinic she enjoys spending time with family, serving in ministry at her church, hiking, crafting, and quilting.

Sarah enjoys working with patients of all ages. She is a Washington native and grew up in Puyallup. Sarah did her schooling at Green River Community College and has been working in outpatient PT clinics since 2017. When she isn't working she loves taking care of her son Paxton, going to Sounders games with her husband, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Tyler has studied IT for two years and is now happy to be working in a clinic. He is very patient and interested in person’s story.
When he’s not working, Tyler enjoys playing the piano and going to the gym. He loves computers and firefighting as well.
Two interesting facts about Tyler: He lived in Orangeville, Utah for a year and he loves weird movies, sounds, art and ideas.
