Why I love being a PT Technician: I love being able to connect with people! Building relationships with patients is what makes my job so rewarding! I believe that patient care starts with connection; when we take time to understand their journey we can gain a better idea of what they need and help support their process.
How I stay active: I really enjoy going to gym and lifting weights; it has greatly improved my mental as well as my physical health. I am also a dog mom so she keeps me active with long walks, going on hikes, and going to the dog park!
Interests: I'm a huge reader! There is nothing better than getting sucked into a great book! I also enjoy being creative by painting or coloring.

Favorite vacation spot: Definitely the Oregon Coast because you get the best of both worlds, the ocean and the greenery! Plus I love the vibe of a little coastal town, so cute!
