How I stay active:   

I'm into hiking, rock climbing, road cycling, weight lifting, running

Interests:  Besides my outdoor interests, I have a large garden and a small flock of chickens that I tend to. I can also be found enjoying some excellent local community theater

I get to add life back into people's years. It's fun when I can show them ways to do things easier (and hopefully pain-free!)

How I stay active:  :  Trail running, swimming (pool and open water), and my 10-month-old son!

Hanging with friends and family, trying new breweries with my husband, eating good food, and telling "Dad" jokes

Favorite vacation spot:  Australia!! I want to go to the Mediterranean next or Japan

I enjoy mountain biking, Camping, Boating (motored, Sail or paddle) Parkour, gymnastics, functional fitness, Survival training (not great at this one but it is an interest of mine)

Why I love being a Tech: I love working as a tech because I get to interact with all of the patients that come through and talk to them. I get to share my passions of fitness and wellbeing through the knowledge I have accumulated throughout my many years in the field. I just love that I get to help people, establish relationships and it is better when I can get a patient to leave feeling better than when they came in, whether physically or emotionally. 

How I stay active:  : I go to the gym quite a bit. Currently bodybuilding and boxing. I have plans to compete in bodybuilding very soon. 

Interests:   

Weightlifting, PC gaming when time allows, writing poetry

One word that describes me:  Diligent 

Favorite vacation spot:   

Anywhere that is 70 degrees or a little warmer, makes my joints happier
