Why I love being a PT:
I believe education is the pillar of physical therapy to empower people to believe in and achieve their goals. I appreciate being a sounding board for my patients to understand their struggles and work alongside them to reach their movement goals. I am passionate about helping patients with all their goals, ranging from moving about their home, understanding pain neuroscience, and returning to high levels of activity. In physical therapy, we are in a unique position to help patients throughout their continuum of care and be a constant touchpoint as they recover.
How I stay active:
On my free days, I enjoy rock climbing, hiking, and skiing. On busier days, I enjoy a long neighborhood walk.
